Barbed Wire Reef
Modern Mexican with an American twist. I wanted to incorporate the best of classic Mexican dishes, that my sister, Flor Aragon, and I grew up loving in Mexico. We adapted the menu with American taste in mind, making the menu both crave-worthy and one-of-a-kind at the same time. The design was inspired by our childhood and our monthly visits back to Mexico. Ceramic oversized tiles behind the back bar emphasize the architecture found throughout Mexico City. The lush vegetation growing inside the restaurant remind guests of a modern resort stay in Tulum.
